Geelong fans can be cocky, because even Port eventually won a flag after a few impressive minor premierships.
Can't see the swans finishing 4th. They have to hope power/eagles drop their next two which aint going to happen. Or hoper that non of collingwood/kangaroos/hawthorn don't win their next two games which is very unlikely, the roos have the blues and the dogs. They would give geelong problems but geelong have come a long way this year.
If WC lose to the Saints then WC v Geelong at the MCG is a more likely scenario. Barring anymore injuries, WC should be at near full strength (taking into account a 65% fit Judd) and it would be a cracker of a game!

We play Collingwood and Hawthorn. A win over both of them regards of their next match will see Sydney leapfrog them.
The scenario for top 4 is:
Kangaroos drop 1 game
West Coast drops 2 games
Port Adelaide drops 2 games
West Coast are in an interesting position where they play a St Kilda fighting for their season, and an Essendon farewelling two favourite sons.

The fact of the matter is that in everyone's campaign to belittle the competition leaders, the Sydney Semi Final match is the only existing benchmark for the Cats performance in finals for the current list. And that was 3 seasons ago.
Same list with added heart, inteligence, engines and a winning gamestyle and attitude.

Well boys i dont give a stuff were we finish we are primed and ready to win another flag we are coming good at the right time of the year. As a sydney supporter i feel we can beat any team come finals time. Our side is made up of goers and doers not pretty boys when the going gets tough the swans get going.Can you other supporters say the same about your team.

Oh please. Let him do it. Would serve him and all the other deluded 'Geelong are shaky' people right.
Sydney are unlikely to even make top 4. As far as I'm concerned it would be more likely for them to miss the finals all together than finish 4th. Even if they did come 4th I couldn't give a shite really.
My main problem is that Hall is injured and Tagh will not be back til finals and will lack match fitness when he is. I'm not silly and am more than aware with these two up, fit and firing (like last two years) that Swans are 4-6 goals better against any given opponent.
Forget WC and Port.
They're in.
Its the Kangas \ dogs game + us winning both games that give us our best chance.

haha She might have me covered but I've made a couple of trades mate. They're my secret weapons for the Preliminary Final. I wonder if any team has won a dream-team competition from 7th spot on the AFL website before? Would be good if I did do it.

It takes me back to a certain 2003 finals game against Port Adelaide, where Sydney were deemed to be too old and too slow, with key injuries to O'Loughlin, Kennelly and Ball...
IF we make top 4 I don't see how anyone could write the Swans off purely on our track record of finals performances in the last 5 years. I can't even count the times we were written off in the past only for it to come back and bite certain supporters on the ass.

Hmm...I thought 2003 was a rebuilding year for us? We played heaps of kids that year.
