Melbourne are about 3 years ahead of teams like Richmond & Hawthorn in rebuilding. I know you have a lot of young kids in the side, but the bulk of your team outside of the leadership group are around 21 years old. Like the Eagles this results in a team that is on the verge of their peak form.

Melbourne are hardly rebuilding....just consolidating a built side already.
Richmond though can hardly bag a team thats up every two years and has made finals last 3 yrs for having a two year cycle. If we follow your logic you guys must have been rebuilding for about 5 yrs.

Buts yes Richmond are rebuilding and i reckon theyve finally got it right. Got some great youngsters, somegood older guys....youl be a good side methinks.
