On Richardson, I believe all of this seasons contracts are one year as everyone is off contract next year as this is the 6th season and 2x 3 season contracts. So no point Pune keeping any of there players apart from probably Finch and Mitch Marsh

Luke Pomersbach - One of the worst displays of batting when Punjab needed like 8 an over. He couldn't play spinners, couldn't play pacers, bad timing overall. It was a difficult pitch but that innings was so infuriating to watch.

So, it is down to 5 teams now - Chennai, RR, Mumbai, RCB and Sunrisers Hyderabad. One of them is going to leave disappointed - either RCB or SH. Tough luck because each of these teams played so well, with their own strengths and weaknesses. Especially SH, who every one had ignored at the start of the tournament.

SH would be a good side if they had a competent batsman or two. Great bowling attack.

Smith and Kumar would be the only ones worth retaining, but even then... they don't have a match-winner in their ranks and those are the players you keep.
