Watson turned the corner in his career a few years back with IPL form. Same with Shaun Marsh as well. Perhaps Finch is doing the same.

Havnt really been paying attention to the IPL, but see Finch has been stand in captain and hitting the ball very well. Gotta think be due for a good pay packet next year going on this form (and ability to captain). Wont be a late addition to a squad as a replacement player like he was this year.
So what are the specifics of the big change up next year? I've seen it referred to on cricinfo articles without an explanation. Are all the players released from contracts and the full pool of players is available for any franchise to bid on? With a clean slate imagine what guys like Gayle and Pollard will go for, let alone Dhoni and Kholi and co, when a team can spend a million on Maxwell and not play him.
