I want to play it and downloaded it via game pass over the weekend. I might try it tonight but if the Wolfenstein games are an indication - I'll get motion sickness during.

That said I watched some gameplay last night, it looks nice.

Being a huge Indy fan, bloody love it. Feels like you're playing through a Indy film. Lot of love and care has gone into this.

Definitely going to watch the first 3 films after this.

I'm aware that it's a different game and primarily NOT a first person shooter. But It's still largely in first person point of view and the Machine Games range of motion/movement hasn't sit well with me in the past. Have read some complaints about a "targeting reticle' making some people a bit dizzy with how it's positioned on the screen.


That said the only way I'll find out if I get motion sickness from it is if I play it and I will (it's technically already downloaded on my console).

Combat looks comically easy, basic and dumb and the facial expressions (or lack thereof) aren’t great either. Probably my only criticisms from having watched the first few hours.

I was very sceptical going in. The trailers looked really bad to me.

I'm 4 hours in and ****ing loving it. It really does feel like I'm playing an Indy movie.

The exploration, puzzles and emphasis on history is awesome.

Game looks amazing and plays well.

It reminds me of those old Chronicles of Riddick games.

Absolutely loving it, it's everything I would want in an Indiana Jones game, my only annoyance and it's very small although in this day and age I'd argue almost unacceptable, simply not enough different enemy designs. They all basically look the same.

Lazy imo. I had one sequence where I got caught at the Vatican, ran through a gate to hide, came back and it had like 9 or 10 guards stuck and they were all the very same model. On the plus side they couldn't seem to get to me so I just bashed them one by one.

Every now and then I’ll listen to Kinda funny Xcast podcast, they had an Indiana Jones one and basically spent 45 or so mins shitting on the game.

They did the same with Star Wars Outlaws complelty shat on it for 35-40 minutes.

Some one made a good point in the comments beating the game before the review embargo lift has proably had a negative effect on Greg Miler he did the same with outlaws

Why I would never review games as a job you have to rush to beat the game to get the review on time

I know, I like listening to podcasts about games I want/am playing, have listened to a few on Indiana Jones and they’ve been good, so was surprised Kinds Funny just shat on it for 45 mins despite majority loving the game.
