I happen to support the club.
I don't see the funny side of us performing so badly and getting smashed in media.
I don't think too many would find it hilarious.
Each to their own I guess.
Ive supported the lads for over 30 years.
These players dont give a **** so neither do I right now.
I dont enjoy the 100 point defeats but if I dont find it funny I would neck myself. Im not overly invested this year because its a waste of time.
Ive been posting about the issues for a few years and nothing changes. Hopefully with the media giving us all sorts of shit it might reach the brain trust of the club.
You should watch it, good viewing.

You have to laugh at a situation where the supporters could see problems 3 years ago that have been left to fester by a football club and now the media have only cottoned onto it and the club still seems oblivious

A bit disappointing that the Matera news is buried in a thread like this. Deserves better from the board as a bona fide Eagles legend. Arguably our best ever player.

All the freo khents at work have come it the woodwork and have been rubbing it in big time, they havent even played a final yet.
The Collingwood game was ages ago . Everyone knew the next week the entitled players were underdone and the kids missing out were dirty . That was dealt with way back . Why they continue to bring that up is strange considering we have so many injuries and not a lot of choice . All this bashing the Eagles doesn't give respect to how well the Bulldogs played . The quality of personnel between the 2 teams showed and our older players are still not as fit as other side's . The outside noise is water off a ducks back to me and I liked a lot of what we were trying to do. We will just mark time this year and when our new draft picks come the rebuild will be exciting.
To be blunt our older players are past it.
