I'm not a Trump fan boy (although I don't think he's Hitler reincarnate either), so I'm not deflecting. I just maybe misinterpreted you. Play on.Nice deflection
The biggest joke of all is you and your mate 119 thinking you're somehow superior to others on all levels when you know exactly nought about us.
Have you noticed how sensitive little snowflakes they are.stop acting like MAGA is the answer and you will be respected.
Your self awareness meter on the blink obviously...Have you noticed how sensitive little snowflakes they are.
I mean what have they actually done to earn any respect?
Unfortunately it can get a lot worse.Climate change is too far gone.
We need to take an "adapt or die" approach. Very few of the measures in place actually help Climate Change.
Sure they help.on the micro level. An EV does not emit pollutants. But it still needs resources and pollutants to be created and used.
On a macro level, the impact is negligible.
Instead prepare for life with switching weather patterns and uncertain natural events.
Yep, limit and adapt.Unfortunately it can get a lot worse.
It's about limiting how bad now
Firefighters are socialism gone mad.The LA fires really show how much of a third world country the USA really is.
Climate change aside, yes it is a real thing, there really should not be such devestation.
Defunding the fire departments and land management to save a few million dollars.
Then having to borrow equipment from Canada.
Such a ****ed up country.
Yep, but limiting is still doing what we are doing.Yep, limit and adapt.
Given our entire economic model and way of living is based on production and spending money, (using resuorces) we have no hope of turning it back.
Not 3rd world, rather than poorly run with key decisions made. The LA fires really show how much of a third world country the USA really is.

TBF and in the interests of accuracy, apparently the planes / choppers were already being leased from Canada, they didn't "have to borrow" them. Then having to borrow equipment from Canada.
Normally in these circumstances you grab resources from far & wide too.TBF and in the interests of accuracy, apparently the planes / choppers were already being leased from Canada, they didn't "have to borrow" them.
Why do they need to lease them?TBF and in the interests of accuracy, apparently the planes / choppers were already being leased from Canada, they didn't "have to borrow" them.
They don't have the infrastructure or Givernnent safety net to protect their citizens. Not 3rd world, rather than poorly run with key decisions made.
Not having water to fight the fires.
Not managing bushland fire loads.
I'm sure plenty of questions will be asked & hopefully lessons learnt for a smarter rebuild.
Just terrible to have whole neighbourhoods wiped out.
Unfortunately there are now more extreme weather events... so we do need to do more to improve our climate... or we will only get more extreme events.
And yeah, getting worse. So need to implement more strategies to deal with these events. Not 3rd world, rather than poorly run with key decisions made.

I guess possibly slow it down....Yep, but limiting is still doing what we are doing.
Renewables and EVs are the way we will decarbonise quickest.
The failures are not because they are 3rd world as they have plenty of wealth... rather their failures are poor decisions by leaders. They don't have the infrastructure or Givernnent safety net to protect their citizens.
We all know how bad their health care is.
Numerous times the recovery from natural disasters is poor.
Gun crime is rife there.
Now we see they don't have the infrastructure to prevent some of its wealthiest citizens' homes being destroyed.
I know they don't fit the technical third world status, but as a Nation, they can't look after their citizens.
These failures are fundamental to their Government at all levels.
This is the issue... we need to take steps to slow it down or the consequences are it will get worse & as we have unfortunately seen, the cost of these increased extreme weather events are significant in terms of cost.I guess possibly slow it down....
But, for as long as us humans have a need to constantly upgrade our toys, we won't fix climate change.
EVs are great cars, but the constant need to upgrade new cars limits their impact on Climate Change.
