Friday the 5th? or Wednesday the 3rd?
There are now tickets available on L1 at the Coventry end, aisle 47. Is this the Hawks cheersquad end or the Blues?
I just spoke with Ticketmaster for 20 seconds after being hold for 30 minutes!
Anywa the lovely lady says the only tickets available right now are behind goals on level 1 - she said definitely ( I even double checked that with her) the 3rd August they will release rest of Level 1 and level 3.
Good luck to one and all.
What a joke - nothing available anywhere and I started @ 9am GRRRRRRR
Disgraceful
This Friday at 9am, level 3 tickets will go on sale.
Thanks Axe but I was told by Ticketmaster on phone on Saturday (even doubled check with her saying " are you sure!!??? the 3rd???!!") that it would be the 3rd! And level 1 and 3 would be released!!!
Never mind....
Ah shit might be staying home as I will be on a plane on Friday @ 9am GRRRR
If I just want to stand up I still have to buy a reserved seat right? That poindexter Demetriou and his brigade of turkeys really know how to reem footy fans.
At this point yes you will need a reserved seat. It is possible they will start selling standing room tickets closer to the game but as usual the fans will be kept in the dark until the last minute. Level 3 reserved seats cost the same as a general admission ticket ($23.75) so the only loss is that you have to fork out the booking fee.
The other problem is that your 'seat' remains empty while there are going to be plenty of others missing out.
Round 22 ticketing update
Carlton v Hawthorn
Friday 19 August
Etihad Stadium, 7.40pm
Hi Hawks Heroes
Don't miss your chance to see the Round 22 blockbuster match against Carlton at Etihad Stadium.
The match has been classed as a 'ticketed event', which means
that you must have a reserved seat to gain entry to Etihad Stadium. General Admission is not available for this match.
Level three ticket release
All seating on Levels one and two have been exhausted. Ticketmaster will release Level three ticketing to the general public on Friday 5 August at 9am EST.

Frequently asked questions
I am a 2011 Hawthorn member with away-game entitlements (17-game, junior, MCC). How do I gain entry?
You must upgrade to a daily reserved seat through Ticketmaster. Please have your membership card ready as you will need to quote your 12-digit membership barcode number. Members will not have to pay for General Admission charges, however you will be required to pay any booking fees or reserved seat charges.
I am a 2011 11-game member. How do I get into Etihad Stadium?
Unfortunately you do not have any match day entitlements. A daily reserved seat must be purchased through Ticketmaster.
Is this match a replacement game?
No. The Club's four replacement games were Rounds 3, 12, 15 and 18.
Is there a dedicated Hawthorn area at Etihad Stadium?
Level 1, Aisle 6 has been allocated to Hawthorn members, however this allocation has since been exhausted.
If you have any ticketing enquiries, please call the Membership Department on 1300 042 957.
Go Hawks!
Yeah exactly, that's definately an issue. I just tend to stand up is all... That way my bellowing doesn't give those around me the irrits so much I suppose.
I probably should've mentioned that I've got a silver 17 game membership. I take it that means jack all? Still got to fork out $23.75 on top of the $330 I spend on my membership a year eh?
Judging by the email from the club all you need to do is pay the booking fee to get a level 3 seat, since you've already paid for the seat in your membership. Have you tried getting onto the Ticketmaster site and make a booking with your barcode? Earlier in the thread it was mentioned that the 17 game memberships could buy the level 3 seats already, unless I misread it.
Got 2 near front of level 3.
They only seem to be selling level 3 premium which is the front 6 rows. Maybe the release the rest of level 3 once the premiums are sold out.
Also still the odd seat on level 1 up the Carlton end.
