Should be a fine. Could be graded as high since he got him in the neck/collar bone but don't think it will be graded as forceful. Butters getting straight back up works in his favour too.

Butters, who's a bit heated at times and who knows a thing or two about hitting opponents, laughed it off and didn't remonstrate at all, tells me there's nothing in it
 
What about it warrants a definite suspension?

Lack of care toward the common man ;) :p The bump is being killed off.

Was going for the player, not the ball. AFL are all about player protection these days and Rampe should not have gone for the high contact bump.
