Twomey only reported it being between the Giants and Crows, with the Crows offering 5 years vs 4. Unless Port have missed out on Perryman and turned their attention to Cumming?

Seems like his injury this year is a perfect scenario for the team he nominates as it can only reduce his value as an UFA

He’s not. If anything, it gives us more flexibility with Hinge and gives us far more flexibility with the half back/wing roles.

I'm pretty sure players are the worst at spilling beans and you're forgetting about the "spread." Every person it spreads from initial source is more and more likely to tell a mate which is how it gets to BF rumour merchants.
Then there's Luke Jackson whose Mum was telling randoms on the bus her son was coming home while the season was on.
