Now it's pictures of dead bodies and videos of kidnapped children and people running for their lives from a doof party.

It's horrible and gutrenching stuff.

You'd think everyone in attendance have a lot to answer for. As for the Palestinian response - oh most were peaceful there was only dozens and dozens of people joining us celebrating the slaughter of Jewish people. It's absurd.

I don't agree with some of the rhetoric against Israel, especially if it reduces to comments or chants about Jewish people, but there is a difference here between there being reasons to be angry against Israel (the state) and anti-trans rallies (given they haven't done anything).

Certainly if you're a politician you're going to want to be careful which protests you associate with, anyone who attended pro-Palestinian rallies that had unsavoury chants or content included.

Yes violence is their raison d'être. They rule through it. Before this latest idiocy, they had to regularly conduct attacks and use the Israeli revenge actions as justification for them 'protecting' the Palestinian people in Gaza. They have done very little to actually make Palestinians life better. Were they to give up violence they would have to be actual competent leaders and administrators, which they are not.
And through their misrule, the Palestinian people have been abused to the extent that generations now know nothing but Gaza's misery.
The Israelis have mistreated them as well, and used every Hamas/PLO outrage to go even further. The slaughter of settlers is horrific and should never have happened. But that is a large part on the heads of the Israeli government. Leveling Palestinian villages so Israelis can have lebensraum should have stopped long ago.
It all devolved into a truly vicious circle perpetrated by old-school PoS leaders and politics on both sides. And aided by the international communities purposeful neglect.
The only good thing that might come out of this nightmare is that it may clean the decks for some meaningful movement.
