Hopefully Josh can make the final 22 for the game against Port on Sunday. With our game finishing an hour early, will hopefully make it back in time to see the majority of the game.

Josh Kennedy will go down as the worse top 10 draft pick we have ever selected; even worse than Jordan Russell and Luke Livingstone. Eagles are already looking at 2009 and will probably give him a few games so they can decide whether to delist him

I think your all gonna be a bit surprised to see how much of a different player he is now hes at the Eagles. Hes lost alot of fat, toned up, is twice as fast (although still turns like a Fridge) and his fitness is alot better.
You make it sound like he was playing overweight at Carlton. I can never remember Josh carrying much weigth in his time at the Blues.

The club have said it many a times when he came to the club they believed he was wayy too big and it was causing his injury problems. I wouldnt of called him Senor Lardass but he wasnt the trim and lean figure he is today
Sounds feasible. I think i remember reading something about Hartlett dropping some kgs (of muscle) because the theory was the extra mass was making him susceptible to injury. Hope JK goes well for you mate.

Mate, he could be built like Buddy Franklin but if he keeps dropping marks and lumbering around like a Giant Sequoia it doesn't really matter.
??? WTF ??? Luke Livingston was the worst top 100 draft pick in the history of the draft, let alone top 10!!! JK will be a much better player than him & good luck to him.

I always thought he needed to develop a lot more mongrel when he was at the Blues. If he had the crash/bash attitude to contests he could open up packs and create chances for the mids. He has the potential, just needs some confidence. Probably would've got it playing with Judd, Gibbs, Hadley, Murph etc.
I hope he kicks arse against everyone but us. He seems like a great kid. Sad not to have him on the list.
