Praising Pell one week, criticising Ardern the next.

She should wear this as a badge of honour

Greg Sheridan outed himself last week as a clueless idiot.

She certainly ruled like one as PM of NZ and only recently the "smiling socialist" stated in November 2022 "bring it on" with regard to the next election. So what in the name of cow flatulence has changed her mind? "jacindamania has fallen flat on its face in the past 12 months and maybe the realisation of an upcoming election loss finally sunk in? She won't go poor though, she is eligible to receive up to $57,000 per year in annuity. There are also travel perks for those who leave the office and their partners. The former Prime Minister, and their partner, may also have the use of a self-drive car. She'll be just fine, but the jig is up...

Should have a good jumping career. Is the Warrnambool carnival big enough for her ?
Typical of the misogynist hate speech loser rwnjs come up with.
Which policies of hers didn't you like- that's right, you have no idea of her policies do you?

Wow, she could become a billionaire!

So what policies of hers do you disagree with? Do you even know any of her policies or are you just being a rwnj parrot ?
Failure to get the 100000 homes built
Worsening child poverty rates despite that being a “priority “

But there were some very difficult conditions (particularly pandemic) though the housing one was very overly optimistic even pre pandemic

LOL The same LWNJ’s who gloated at the death of Senator Jim Molan, a decent man and a fine Australian, are outraged that anyone can say nasty things about their darling Jacinda.

The left are past masters at abusing and smearing their political opponents, but get very self righteously indignant and shrill when a bit comes back the other way. Their double standards and hypocrisy are once again on full display here.
Jim Molan was a deceitful jerk, everyone knows that. He refused to look at climate science .
One of Australia's worst senators ever.
Which policies of Adern's did you not like? I've asked about 5 rwnjs the same question and not surprisingly, no one can come up with one.
You hate her because she is a women and your rwnj websites told you to hate her.
P.s. Molan was an A-hole who has cost Australians billions of tax payer dollars by delaying the move to renewables.

I think as the pandemic has ended New Zealanders are now focused on other issues such as inflation, the economy and housing. Her track record is not strong in these policy areas.

Food prices in December 2022 were 11.3 per cent higher than a year earlier, with fruit and vegetable prices increasing 23 per cent year-on-year. The biggest annual food price increase in 32 years.

Both Treasury and the Reserve Bank are forecasting a recession this year.

Adern did nothing to ease the housing crisis. She came into office with a promise to build 100,000 homes within a decade. The program became an embarrassing failure, delivering only 1,000 homes in its first five years.

Despite her appointing herself minister for child poverty reduction the result was an 18,000 additional children being pushed into poverty.

Adern's Covid policies were popular in 2020 but just like every other jurisdiction found out, her elimination strategy was doomed to failure in the long term. She used it to justify measures that were among the most authoritarian in the world and longest lasting. After two years of it people got fatigued and lost trust in the the government. NZ's restrictions continued well into 2022 whereas the UK dropped theirs in mid 2021. It's likely that Adern dropped her zero-Covid policy due to falling poll numbers rather than a health decision.

I hadn’t answered your question because within 10 mins you called me a trump fan and a RWNJ. The same re-used templated text. So I didn’t bother.
And you’re doubling down again with the same drivel because you don’t get your political way.
It has nothing to do with gender, or policies. I think a female PM is wonderful. Three of their last six prime ministers were female. I dislike her as she’s dishonest, has a my-way-or-the-highway attitude and the fact she’s linked to the WEF. Cut from the same cloth as Trudeau (who is not female last I checked).

She’s copped criticism today regarding cost of living and cost of groceries. I don’t think there’s anything she can even do about that and that one is harsh.

Chalk and cheese with Albanese who comes across as honest and humble.

That’s my opinion. I have mine and you have yours. End of story.

I'm largely indifferent to Adern, but I did find the hate directed to her funny.

I actually hope in the near future, people like Abbott, Molan and Robb are held accountable for sabotaging the country.

Albanese has been very weak on climate and is tied to the coal unions. He hasn't done much on cost of living or housing and seems determined to be nice to corporate Australia.

True true. What can he do re cost of living? I’ve always found this one interesting, but also super vital.
There's enough money to build housing and raise welfare payments in the scale of things.
There's a lot of sensible ideas to raise revenue but Labor are afraid of being wedged and scare campaigns.
They need to stop subsidising fossil fuels and fast track renewables which will be cheaper in the long run.
They need to address the expanding wealth gap asap and bring in an equivalent of the super profit tax imo.

At least Fox are being totally normal about it......not.

As for cost of living, that was the centrepiece of their last budget:

I would say it doesn't go far enough, but the opposition said it wasn't enough tax cuts (predictable, and not aimed at those suffering global inflation most).

Poor old Soc, off on another of his hate filled diatribes against real or imagined enemies. You must really lead a very sad, little life.

Jim Molan was a fine man, who was an Australian patriot and served his country well, which is more than I can say for you and some of the other LWNJ’s on this forum. You would sell this country out in an instant if it suited your purpose.

I love that I now have something in common with Ardern.

We've both had jobs where we've gone on summer holidays for a couple of weeks, come back for a few days, and decided "nup, **** this job. I quit, I'm going back to the beach."

Hilarious :D
