I feel very sorry for Jack and others who have lost jobs because of these mandates. Quite a few people lost their jobs at my work. Top engineers and high quality people too. As others have pointed out Jack is probably in the top 99.9% of the healthiest people in the country, now he isn't allowed to play football. Hopefully his mental health isn't too badly affected.

I don't. They make decisions that contradict actual science because they did their own 'research' by finding nutjob bloggers whose opinions validate their suspicions.

My wife has a few friends from the Phillippines who refuse to get vaccinated because their priest assures them god will protect them. These same people complain they can't find jobs.

Gonna believe a priest over an expert? You deserve every covid-related misfortune that happens to you.

I’ve forked out $1000+ for the upcoming season on the basis that we would put out our best available team. Darling opting out is a gutless act that affects the whole team.

There are consequences for choosing the way he did but I don't feel like everyone needs to call him things like 'dumb' etc.

Not anti-vaxx, but if people know the repercussions and still elect to not get the shots, then that's up to them.
