He is allowed to play football. What he is not allowed is to play in the AFL competition who have a very strict protocol of compliance and crossing borders.I feel very sorry for Jack and others who have lost jobs because of these mandates. Quite a few people lost their jobs at my work. Top engineers and high quality people too. As others have pointed out Jack is probably in the top 99.9% of the healthiest people in the country, now he isn't allowed to play football. Hopefully his mental health isn't too badly affected.
We have to assume it’s a workplace brain injury I suppose.

Rubbish. the concussion issues have arisen from the domestic game with his wife Courtney flocking with his headFast forward. Comes out Jack has had concussion issues that required treatment. His doctor advised him to hold off getting vaccinated.
All the jokers go quiet!
Yeah because clubs and players have a long history of keeping that sort of stuff quiet.Fast forward. Comes out Jack has had concussion issues that required treatment. His doctor advised him to hold off getting vaccinated.
All the jokers go quiet!
Jack see ballI’d respect him more if he just came out with an honest post regarding his beliefs and how he feels about potentially missing some footy. Rather than contradicting the official club statement with lies.
The "New Normal to be vaccinated "??... can't imagine Mr and Mrs Darling senior have missed any of Jacks child hood vaccinations... it's the very old normal.I`m ok with Jack`s decision but I hope he begins to realise it`s the New Normal to be vaccinated ..
It’s exactly this. He will have read, or been told, that on the medical grounds spelled out in some nonexistent part of the Magna Carta and the Australian Constitution of 1901 that, under Common Law, he isn’t required to disclose anything personal due to his status as a private citizen of the land and therefore he isn’t required to...Probably straight out of some anti vax handbook. Claim illness so people can't question it or whatever
Why would they pay him out?I assume the club will pay out his contract, so its going to sting not just onfield.
Jack Darling has just posted this. Very strange.
Jack of the family Darling a FREE MAN of this land. It’s exactly this. He will have read, or been told, that on the medical grounds spelled out in some nonexistent part of the Magna Carta and the Australian Constitution of 1901 that, under Common Law, he isn’t required to disclose anything personal due to his status as a private citizen of the land and therefore he isn’t required to...
It’s the exact sort of bullshit people say out loud if asked about masks, or to check in, or to see their vax certificate. They think throwing vaguely legal sounding terms around will make people back off.
He probably shares those “I DO NOT GIVE FACEBOOK PERMISSION TO USE MY POSTS OR IMAGES….” style posts too.
I've dealt with a fair few workers comp claims and I would say being a dumbarse is a pretty fundamental criteria in about 90% of claims.i didnt think being a dumbarse met the criteria of a work related injury, but here we are
If only the mid-2000's Eagles had been as reluctant to put things in their systems, we could have three-peated!
