Not when Paparazzi Shill is on the case
It's upsetting when someone on Twatter is more popular than you.
Especially if you think you should be more popular.

Don't listen to momma
Hell, I ain't the devil
Ditch me when you wanna
But if you need a little
I can fix your problems
Always got your back
I can make you famous
By the way my name is...
By the way my name is...
By the way my name is
Jack

I have no ridiculous vendetta at all. I like Ginnivan and want him to be a lifelong player with us. Hoping that he isn't chronically doing silly things off the field isn't me having a vendetta against him. Yet again, I'll remind you that I wasn't the one in this thread who first made a comment about him being dropped due to misbehaving.

You seemed a little peeved that not enough aspersions were being cast against Ginnivan for his omission.

And now you've gone to some lengths to make up for it by suggesting that he's on the piss two days before a game, based on a photo in which Gin looks horribly sober.

You need to have a drink.

Ginni certainly riles people up. There’s an agenda here somewhere for some reason that baffles me.

I love the kid, and I’m disappointed he’s not having as good a season as last year - when he was one of the best performing small forwards in the league. That’s why many of us on here defend him.

But I trust Fly to sort him out - if in fact he needs sorting. More likely he’s an immature 20 year old who’s having difficulty adjusting to the demands of AFL footy.

He trained fully on the Saturday. Was named Sunday night. Was omitted on the Monday afternoon firstly without explanation by the club, then supposedly due to illness, before we settled on "management".

It appears pretty bloody obvious to me we were covering, ballsed that up when we had the option to be honest and Ginnivan was either dropped or disciplined for God knows what.

If he was simply dropped I have no idea why the club felt the need to lie about it anyway, he's still only 20, not an established member of the 23 in 23 and it wouldn't be worthy of anything more than a paragraph or a click bait title in a trashy Murdoch paper.

Hell, Port dropped their captain and the sky didn't fall in for that mob of barrel loving supporters did it?

Back in the day when I played premier division EDFL I was on $1000 a game and we had strict conditions on all things alcohol etc including curfew and days leading into games. Essentially Thursday training is done and you’re on work and home essentially. I’m sure afl players would be similar in regards to curfew.
Abers eh?

The footy loving media really don't care about Port & Jonas though. It's hardly getting any attention here because no one cares enough to talk about it.

The club didn't lie. Footy players are normal citizens just like the rest of us.
He may have only gone out for an hour or two to catch up with friends.
Back home early and sober.
A photo can make anyone look guilty.

Fly is the sort of bloke that would make a player pay bigtime for his sins. Especially after the cubicle incident.
Ginni back soon I reckon. All good

The more pictures I see, the more it feels like a pre-planned event. He seemed to know the people there in the photos, and dressed like he was there for a function; not for clubbing.
There are a ton on the venue's FB page.

Some girl even bought her collingwood jumper for him to sign. Not something you'd bring to a club unless you knew he was there, I wouldn't think.
But then, I've never been one for clubs so what would I know lol

Agree. Certainly doesn't look like the 'gotcha' some people seemed to think it was.

Agent Jen has cracked the case as usual. Go suss it for yourself if you wish. It appears to be some sort of paid promotion/VIP appearance thing.

Some of you lot should get lost. Who needs anti-collingwood media when we have these peanuts?
