No - but I wouldn't suggest doing business with one that has a reputation for being crooked.
You're right off topic anyway. My initial response was relative to choosing to be friends with a notorious crime figure.
I repeat - be there for them if they need support to change their ways.
Hanging with them with full knowledge of their behaviour however, is essentially condoning it.
