Wasn't training in hot climates the new altitude training not so long ago?
With your mirror, I'd stick to sweet amd gentle. Beast mode may produce some really dangerous cracks.
Should go OK in a Collingwood jumper
Jens is elite.
knocks up getting possessions.
even through her injury she goes to Bunnings gets some concrete, eats it, and hardens up.
im just plodding along, with jinx my special nemesis.
Hopefully Ned is telling him to miss a few targets this year, have a tantrum or two, start some rumour on a troubling knee, how he likes to drink mid week and eat buckets of KFC before a game.
And have Gold Coast take him first round?!?Hopefully Ned is telling him to miss a few targets this year, have a tantrum or two, start some rumour on a troubling knee, how he likes to drink mid week and eat buckets of KFC before a game.
Pre-season: Dec 9th, 2019.

Adams, Appleby made brief appearances. Noble, Langdon or phillips didn't train. Noble came after training, so maybe had the session off? Beams not there. Looks like he is getting christmas photos with his family. Maybe he had the session off too? Apparantely was seen last week by one of the regulars.
There was some VFL players there. A blonde who I had seen last week but didn't know who he was. I thought someone said Kamden, or something, but I wonder whether it could be Campbell Lane? They wouldn't have a random vfl player training with us, it would have to be from our VFL team?
Reef and the other AFL academy player was there too. I'll have some pictures a bit later.
There was a fair bit of match sim going on today. I'd say more than half the session was dedicated to that. There was rotations dealing with groundball drills I believe, as they went from one station to another.
There was a cheer this morning. I think it was because it was Tyler Brown's 20th birthday.
The draftees were left out of some match sim, then went inside. Bianco and Ruscoe were used in defense. Rantall in the midfield I think.
Was really solid session in the sun. But they made sure the boys kept drinking to keep hydrated throughout the session.
Whatever the issue with Shaz last week seems to have faded, he was out there and looking good. No signs of any ailments or injury. It could have been just a precaution when they took him off on the safe side.
There was lots of crash and bash. Contest, ariel work. Stoppages as well. They certainly are getting into the deep end this early.
Next week will be their final week before the xmas break, and then I assume when they come back from their break they'll head off for their pre season trip. QLD again? Whether that's right away or in the 2nd week remains to be seen.
Tom Wilson lots so much better compared to when we first acquired him. This pre-season has helped so far. He looks fitter, more toned in the chest and muscles. Is able to get to more contests and is leading well for a potential forward. I'm interested to see how he goes in pre-season games and the early batch of VFL. I imagine he will make more of an impact now he will be more comfortable.
Darcy Moore is looking the treat. His hammys are holding up, and hopefully it continues into next year.
De Goey did some work then proceeded to do some running sessions along the boundary.
A few players rotated through their own running programs throughout the morning.
There is probably more I could say, but I'll leave it there. I'll head down friday. Think I'll stick to mondays and fridays. Not a lot happens on wed.
I have a copy of the discussion as a transcript.*
Thanks Jen. Where was Shaz playing in match sim? Defence or midfield? With Bianco and Ruscoe both playing back, I’m struggling to see a spot for him there if he starts the year in the VFL.Pre-season: Dec 9th, 2019.

Defense, I believe. I'm in the process of uploading videos. Will be a competition for spots next season that's for sure. Thanks Jen. Where was Shaz playing in match sim? Defence or midfield? With Bianco and Ruscoe both playing back, I’m struggling to see a spot for him there if he starts the year in the VFL.
Ned's concerned that it'd be viewed as draft tampering, so instead he's just hooking him up with Murray's dealer, Jaidyns bookie, Siers basketball team, Beamss shoe sponsor and Howe and JDGs dogs. No harm could possibly come of it.Hopefully Ned is telling him to miss a few targets this year, have a tantrum or two, start some rumour on a troubling knee, how he likes to drink mid week and eat buckets of KFC before a game.
