IBB was a newbie kill. Chip was an obvious kill, and I think the SK targeted me or dank last night which too, was an obvious type move.

Happy to be wrong, my reads usually aren’t great at this stage of the game anyway when everyone left feels suspicious. But we’ve got a 3/6 chance of hitting evil/neutral whether it’s you/Gralin/Pie/Ocha/Kurve/Fiji.

I genuinely don’t think Pie or Fiji would be this uninvolved with a big role and I’m not convinced Kurve is following that closely.

Hopefully we’re heading down the right track as village.

Lynch Write-Up: John Bender (The Breakfast Father)

The citizens of Illinois trudged into the square for another day of deliberation. After the chaos of previous days and nights, the town felt... oddly subdued. Accusations were half-hearted, arguments lacked fire, and most of the crowd just stared at the clock, willing the day to end.

Amid the lethargy, someone muttered, “What about Bender?”

John Bender, the self-proclaimed bad boy of Shermer High, leaned back in his chair, hands behind his head. His signature smirk was firmly in place. “Me? You’re really wasting your time on me?” he said, popping his gum.

But with little else to go on, the citizens latched onto the idea.

“Well, he’s always hanging out in detention,” someone offered.
“And he’s way too good at dodging responsibility,” another added.
“I saw him steal a bagel once,” piped up someone from the back.

The evidence was flimsy at best, but with no better options and the afternoon dragging on, the votes piled up against Bender. He didn't seem fazed, though.

“Oh, come on,” Bender drawled, standing up and gesturing broadly to the crowd. “You really think I’m the big bad wolf? Please. I don’t have time for this—I’m too busy skipping class and smoking behind the gym.”

Despite his sarcastic bravado, the votes were cast. The citizens surrounded him, more out of obligation than passion. Bender rolled his eyes, tossing his denim jacket over his shoulder.

“Fine,” he said. “Do what you gotta do. But let me just say this—” He paused dramatically, looking each person in the eye. “You’re all gonna regret this when you realize I was the only one keeping this town interesting.”

As the citizens delivered their verdict, something changed. Bender’s cocky smirk faded, replaced by a sharp, defiant glare. For the first time, his usual bravado cracked as his true nature was revealed.

Aftermath

The citizens stood in awkward silence, staring at the fallen leader of the Breakfast Club. Someone coughed. A dog barked in the distance.

“Well,” Ferris muttered, stepping out of the shadows, “that was anticlimactic.”

But no one paid much attention. The crowd slowly dispersed, hoping for a more exciting day tomorrow.

John Bender (Godfather) has been lynched. The citizens have struck a blow against The Breakfast Club, but at the cost of a very dull afternoon. Night falls—what new chaos awaits?

If either evil factions hold off (to try for their win on) or anyone misses, pending the lunch we may get a second shot. But it’s going to depend on targets.
