Rioli has avoided a conviction. 12 month good behaviour bond. No fine.

Good behavior bond might be a positive for the club (assuming we keep him on the list), hopefully some compliance and structure required (reporting etc) from Willie which would be a good first step.

Regain the trust of his teammates (that's the trickiest part)
