Nah I reckon you guys are kidding yourselves, he clearly did something and is going to cop some sort of ban.

He was your Willie. You were supposed to stop the bad things from happening.Nah I reckon you guys are kidding yourselves, he clearly did something and is going to cop some sort of ban.
To many vodka cruisers? He got spooked and tried to cover up his test. When I was younger I got spooked by a booze bus and tried to outrun the police. I ended up with a worse outcome than had I pulled over. I suspect this will be the same for him.
No chance, there is a very clear appeals process in place that doping offences follow. Australian courts are very reluctant to insert themselves into that process. You have to wonder if this came out on Monday, if a Supreme Court injunction could have played out for Rioli to play?
Pretty sure they make sure to slam people who resort to silly buggers harder to discourage it.Is covering up a test worse than testing positive.
Everyone talking about the maximum 4 years penalty. Most players with a positive test only get 12 months ?
Sorry, my Willie has a mind of his own.He was your Willie. You were supposed to stop the bad things from happening.

I think that is the best result at this stage. I am down to just hoping it wasn't PEDs.I think he's tried to cover up something recreational like pot or cocaine and it's going to come around and bite him on the ass
See ya in 2021 Willie.

Depends what it is tbh, if he's panicked and tried to cover up that he smoked a joint or something then fine. If it turns out that it's performance enhancing of some kind then sorry (and as much as it would hurt to see) but we can't have him at the club anymore imo.On the bright side 2 years isn't too long. Docherty has been out for the blues for 2 years. Time flies.
So just got to keep Rioli around the club maybe as a skills coach to keep him fit

A couple of Collingwood players got two years for their positive drugs test. Saints player got 18 months for drinking a banned sports drink. Is covering up a test worse than testing positive.

What I am interested in is that is there a guideline in producing a sample.
Jordan Lewis on VFL360 said tonight you basically piss into the container with the ASADA person standing in front of you.
Glory be, how the hell could he have produced a sample that is not urine.
I can't think of a team without WillieI think he's gone if he's done any kind of drugs. I can't see the club letting that fly after the Cousins saga.

That's the big unknown at this stage, we can speculate all we like but the reality is that Willie himself and the two ASADA testers that were present that day know what has transpired. Herald Sun report is saying they busted him on the day, an assumption on my part is that he may have requested a little bit of privacy i.e. asked if he could turn his back to the testers then tried his slight of hand.

Legit saw like 5 cars do this and all get caught. We were on our way out of a nightspot heading to a famous uni pub. So lotta booze bus attention. None of the cars tried to outrun them, but instead turn up side roads etc. My friend fanged it and pulled into a parking lot. I was so unhappy with him for possibly being over the limit/being high, even though he had only had a drink or so earlier in the day and he was lucky the cops took off after another car.He got spooked and tried to cover up his test.
