It's weird that he thinks that most people would NOT see that playing with your dog and sharing moments of peace as possibly beneficial to your mental health. Seems to often find a way to make it about "the other" trying to bring him down. Can get a bit Alex Jones like that.

He’s got Dana White on the Meta board. The Rogan pod was an opportunity for him to get closer to Trump and pivot to the right.
I’m guessing he’ll buy the UFC and stream it live on Meta. Dana would love that as Zuckerberg money and platform should really propel the sport.
In short, just another billionaire looking out for their own interests.

I rather think he, Elon and the rest of the powerful social media people alongside traditional news media are hoping to have established a sufficient stranglehold over the narrative, and will back themselves to subvert enough of the population under any circumstances to keep themselves above reproach.
It's not hard to see what their game is; tech bros have always been "libertarian for me but not for thee" mindset. Musk looked at Murdoch - after he made the silly decision to buy Twitter - and decided to see if he could do the same thing, and now Zuckerberg wants in.

These days that is all “socialist bullshit” to him and Sam Seder is a “****ing dork” for wanting higher wealth taxes.
He’s gone from grilling Candace Owen’s on climate change denial to saying climate change is bullshit while wearing a NASA t shirt and failing to see the flipping irony of that.

Dunning kruger effect is becoming more and more of a problem these days. Joe is a very good example of it.
Joe is your average American who can disseminate just enough information to read the headlines and first graphs, quips, and byte-sized tidbits, but lacks the depth of understanding or critical thinking skills needed to engage with full articles or journals. This leads him to see non-existent patterns, form hypotheses based on disjointed research, and confidently spread misinformation.
