Wouldn't be surprised if the Club moves the family to Adelaide to appease all parties...

If he doesnt sign I'll be devestated. Only just watched his goals from the game, and the way he got his goals was fantastic. Got them from everywhere, on the run, outside fifty, from the boundry, straight in front, from a mark, in general play. Awesome. Just awesome.

It is weird - leaving the game on Sunday it almost didn't feel like we had lost - certainly the best I have ever felt after a sixty point loss :)
 
Give him a contract half a mill if needs be....hook him up miss south austrlia ....what ever it takes make it happen

Seriously I am way to old to be getting so excited about players I put their number on my back but if I was sure he would stay 32 I would have bought it on the weekend.

I think we need something like "walking in a wazza wonderland"

If he hasn't signed by round 24 and we have a Butcher chant going around Adelaide Oval, surely that would help me chose to stay, same effect of the 20 cents that chris grant received and even if he has signed we still need a chant:thumbsu:

Ay ideas for a chant?? Think this would be a great thing to have going at Adelaide Oval on the hill and then strech around the ground would be great

Think that he should keep 32 or othwise maybe Marlons 7?

But if he keeps 32 Bay 13 will be full of who was the better 32 ****fights

butcher isnt the one we need to convince - its his dad who doesnt believe alberton is the place that will maximise his sons talents

I really don't get this development thing linked to JB's dad. He missed virtually all of last season with a back injury, was playing league for the Magpies from the outset this year and performing credibly, missed a few weeks with injury when he was close to AFL selection, then when he comes in kicks 6 goals straight in his second match despite concerns over his kicking action.

Seriously how much quicker can he improve and whose life is it anyway?

PS Butcher missed out on the Rising Star nom this week to Alex Fasolo.
