he beat Membrey in a 1v1 marking contest too, much better performance than last week.Noble spoiling Ryder 1 on 1 is great.
He won’t get accolades for that, but I definitely noticed it. He could have easily given up going against the ruckman.
Agree. I don’t understand the knock on his offensive capabilities, we have that in spades out of the backline, I think he plays his role well. Defence first, and is always in the right spots. Runs well too.Noble impressed me today, managed to do quite well defensively before providing a lot of run and carry off the half back. Stays in for mine
I see a bit of Goldy in Noble.
Never seems to give up a contest.
I think his offensive capabilities will be his strength. If he develops well, I think he'll cut up zones with speed and precise kicking.Agree. You are comparing him to the best version of Goldy.Apart from differences in height, leg speed, run and carry, skills, position and versatility..........
You are comparing him to the best version of Goldy.
Im looking at his attitude and potential, and of course hoping for a growth spurt!
Never. They have nothing in common. Give up while you're behind!!!!
I actually think he was attacking. There was one particular play where his precise pass from the defense into the midfield set us up going forward.Agree. I think Noble is very underrated in my opinion, Takes the game on and makes reasonable decisions when having the ball in hand.
