Pretty sure we met in the middle as most predictedAppears it was Freo who blinked first
We put 2 options to them - pick 19 on its own or pick 22 & Carlton's future 3rd
Freo was happy with pick 22 but didn't want to include any future picks with it - so seems they were the first to concede and in helping the deal to get through we chucked in a future 4th (not sure if it's the one tied to the Ceglar deal)
except youve excluded the fact youre sending them a pick back as well sooooo......Appears it was Freo who blinked first

With this done and the ruck merry go round getting done, what will we all be waiting on for the last minute?
it’s ok it’s not the same in these covid times when we can’t watch them run to the door
Yep, after saying Clark was a hack worth a third rounder, I’m expecting plenty of “duh huh Cats gave up a young gun for only 22 and change!” from opposition fans now….OK now everyone switch sides on the player.
I'll start with the new Geelong perspective, lol you overpaid for a dud
Pretty sure we met in the middle as most predicted
yeah, possibly.Ladhams
99% media beat upEither Stephen Wells is a muppet or the media enabled the AFL delaying this for dramatic effect.
Probably a little bit of both.
I don't think you understand what concede means.Appears it was Freo who blinked first

A future 4th.except youve excluded the fact youre sending them a pick back as well sooooo......
you definitely got overs for him

Clark and a future 4th for 22 and future 3rd. It's basically the same deal as would have been agreed to in principle a week ago.whaaaat was the deal??

At that point in the draft it's not like it really matters. It's Clark for 22 essentiallyLooks like it’s Geelong future fourth not Hawthorns.
Not a bad outcome overall. Add in your other trades and freo has knocked this draft / trade period our of the parkNet result for Freo pertaining to this trade;
OUT: Cerra, 27, F3
