Am not afraid of answering questions that are too tough for others.

There appear to be multiple operators.

The victim who escaped the taxi from the Claremont district suffering the broken ankle establishes that - given reporting there were two males in the vehicle, not just the driver.

The circumstances around the Mystery Man video should also be carefully considered.

The profile quoted above does not appear to fit someone arrested.

Given there are unsolved missing and murdered cold cases in WA dating back to the 1970’s.

What did Droc say again about a group?

Who was driving that narrative?

Wasn’t NC also from the heat zone?

What was his background and connections (musical, environmental, criminal...)?

Would expect that intel gathered around someone’s apparent passing in 2015 will also be relevant.

Today at cottesloe beach the swell was strong and rose over 2m , by tonight it hit 3m - on the Dotr Cottesloe buoy data .

Interesting "case study" opportunity for the JC car topic. I can see that a car could get sucked out with some imagination. And leave no trace either . This supports the recent news story of the investigators conclusion that the car went in on the 1st night -Monday 20th June 88 .

Great pics. On seeing these, I better understand how easy it would have been for that car to disappear into the sea launched off the shelf on the promenade.

Beats me why people still persist in theorising it went over the groyne.

As the thirty year anniversary of the Cutler mystery approaches, it was interesting to read the recent press release from the WAPOL bumblers.
Firstly the police speak " we remain committed to finding the person or persons responsible" seems to mirror the sentiment prior to the arrest of BRE when police were sprouting that they were confident the CSK case would eventually be solved.
We also had one of the lead investigators from 1988 being acknowledged, and expressing his regret that the case was not solved at the time,and his hope for the sake of the family that it eventually is.
WAPOL are usually very coy about promoting discussion about the numerous murder cases they have cocked up and mismanaged unless they are pretty sure they have finally nailed it.
Also a couple of small but significant previously unreleased tidbits of information released that they have been sitting on for nearly thirty years,,,the WA boys only tend to do this when they are confident that it is of no use to them anymore .....cannot help but wonder if developments may finally be afoot in this one...

So the WAPOL bumblers were confident enough that Julie Cutler had visited Burswood Casino on the night she went missing that they went out and tried to get security footage from the Casino. Possible a different time frame for the night coming into play here for the first time.
Cutler worked in housekeeping at the Hotel.
Most guests check at around 10 am and housekeeping staff normally do a four or five hour shift from that time -depending on numbers. So 3pm finish. I don't see any monthly staff awards party on a Sunday night starting late. Maybe 5 or 6 pm....a few quick free drinks and a feed,couple of awards given out,,,six champagne flutes for " housekeeper of the month"....ok take them out to the car.... its 7pm , in the evening dress......few drinks under the belt. ..where to now..?Casino.?....dont see a part time hospitality worker as a big gambler......surely that 22 year old wants to dance.....?
Back at the Hilton at 12.30 am...going inside briefly to retrieve work clothes and shoes ....followed to by a man and a woman..co workers" knocking off"....then to to her pride and joy, the Fiat in the carpark.. risk driving home after big night or get a Taxi and pick it up when sober the next day....?

And really this has never made sense. These staff partys are small monthly informal gatherings, an excuse for an hour of free grog and a few nibbles....you would feel quite comfortable attending in your work uniform.....but it has up until now always read as though Julie got changed out of her work uniform into an evening dress to attend some swank gala staff awards ceremony that finished after midnight.
It is much more likely that Julie had completely finished with work and the Hilton by the time she changed clothes and was heading out with a few free drinks under the belt ,to visit a Sunday Session at one of the CBD watering holes or as reported Burswood Casino before returning to the Hotel to collect her belongings/car.
So she is not a young girl who disappeared from work, but another who disappeared after a night out pubbing and clubbing and was trying to get home. And that is significant.
