Needs one less group of hoops otherwise excellent, does get the point across as you could actually play these 2 against each other and you'd have easy contrast as a spectator.

Looks good, Red need to be a bit darker and with navy numbers and navy as the top hoop. Easier to imagine what it would look like on a player than just the guernsey photos
The whole point is that colours are still in the same order but starting with the new base colour. I.e Blue, red, yellow becomes red, yellow, blue etc.

That's the sort of thinking that needs to go away, plus most away/clash jumpers are white.
My bad. I'll have a word with Gil.

Thanks! These look great. Instantly recognisable as Crows kits but contrast really well from each other and from the home.

Most away/clash jumpers are worn with white shorts.

We need someone in AFL house to wake up to this issue. Just demanding that teams have white kits is stupid and counterproductive because it just makes people hate clash guernseys.

AFL home guernseys rarely change significantly. Each team should be tasked with coming up with a clash guernsey solution that will provide good contrast with every other team's home guernsey. If that takes 2 separate clash kits, make 2 of them.

This Adelaide solution is perfect, but we miss out on it because the clash rules are so bogged down. It's not a difficult concept.

Just posting Ice-Wolf 's Adelaide clash solution here as it is perfect, really, and the thread he posted it in is closed

As Not Again once posted, clash guernseys aren't about clash, they are about generating contrast.

Have this kit set, and away from home just use the kit that will generate the most contrast. Easy. No need for white, not even white shorts.

Im no fan of alt strips for the sake of it, but agree with focusing on contrast and pissing off white

I've uploaded this design once before on a different template but I'm uploading it again because it's probably my favorite design I've ever made haha.
What do you guys think?

I'm gonna go against the grain and say that I don't like it - monogram needs to be below the yoke

Reminds me of Norwood's away/clash from 2006. And if I could like your post more than once, I would. Beautiful.

In fairness, soccer has demonstrated that broad sponsors can be done and done well. It's just not something I ever want to see in the AFL, nor would it fit with any of the current designs.

Collingwood's training guernsey I think has done a pretty good job with having a centre advertisement.

Wouldn't mind seeing it as an alternate guernsey or trialled in the pre season.

All teams have their main sponsors displayed centrally on training tops. Yet, it cannot and should not be done during any other times. Like Barrybran said, it does not fit the AFL's guernsey designs. Carlton's monogram would be covered, the Swan's Sydney Opera House silhouette would no longer exist, etc. Soccer kits are basic which is why they can plant sponsors essentially anywhere they like.

Simple and pleasing on the eye.

Take note Crowbots.

Posted this up on the crows board but it probably is worth a post on here too. Basically I tried to blend option D and E from the poll, with a subtle throwback to the old crows logo with the hooped feathers out the back.

There's also a couple of different variations based on suggestions from other members over there.

EDIT: just seen a suggestion from Tex Danger to fix up the design in the first spoiler by going with the colour order from this years clash, works a lot better.

Personally love the middle one with the red and blue between the crow. Emailed the club yet?

Just made an edit to that one actually, gets rid of the problem I had with the navy interfering with the crow shape. I haven't emailed the club, because they've already put out designs and their hands are probably tied, even if they wanted to use it. Also though, I'd sound like a bit of a dick if I was just like hey, I've seen the stuff you put to the fans to vote, but disregard what they said and go with something I've done instead. Obviously I wouldn't word it like that but I'm aware as to how it would sound.

Love the last jumper there. Switching the navy to the bottom makes it look like its flying over a sunset. I would email it to the club, its so much better than the other options.

This is great, would definitely email the club, it may not matter now but would be good for them to recognise that they can make a good Crows clash guernsey.

Just put together a GWS design on my nike template for whatever reason and did another couple of teams too, trying to stick to just two kits. I didn't know if it was worth posting (given they will mostly be existing designs), but then after I saw Dank Academy's thread, I thought I may as well. Not necessarily committing myself to do every team, so if there's one in particular you want to see, just let me know.

Also, are these dual guernsey layouts a good size?

Is that Essendon jumper supposed to have a gradient or is that the lighting? The Saints jumper is glorious.
Very deliberate. Here's the raw files if anyone wants.
