Well here's the thing.... You see the team up the road. They have had ex eagles players as assistant coaches.

Some eagles players ease into an admin job or coaches job after their playing careersare done.

Only ex dockers player I see in the coaching staff is Tendai Mzungu.

Roger Hayden was a development coach at one point too.

Would Dave Mundy make a great assistant coach for us as he sees the game well and would have the players respect ( maybe he is not interested in coaching full stop)

From round 10 onwards, they went from 4-5 to 17-5 by the time the regular season ended.

We dont have contested markers in the forward half and other teams know this. We flick it around trying for the perfect kick and teams just turn it over easily. We don’t have the ‘get out of jail’ mark we did have last year in Lobb.

I think Jlo can coach. The list just isn’t quite right. It’s why you build around a spine first but we’ve done the opposite for whatever reason.
