Just got Kayo ahead of the Superbowl tomorrow, however am incredibly astounded that I can't watch replays of previous NFL games? (at least I can't seem to find them).
This is strange considering I can watch all NCAA Football replays.
Pretty sure Foxtel only buy a few NFL games a week unfortunately

Is there an option to just have access to AFL so you are not subsidising people watching all these other shit sports?

Download the Kayo app on you pc, BEFORE you subscribe with Kayo, look for the system 32 folder on your computer. Delete it then subscribe to Kayo, you can then select to subscribe to AFL only.

*may not work but what do you have to loose?

It is the pre-season, I don't really follow the news that closely, I would have thought if it was an option someone on a football forum might be aware but instead it is a cluster**** of the clueless and the smartarses. Why bother replying if you don't have an answer to a fairly basic legitimate question?

Kayo is pretty much just Fox Sports, minus what they don't have the streaming rights for. It's one package, no tailoring.

This is for mobile devices and I already have this subscription, just go away.

Either pay for Kayo, setup a VPN to use WatchAFL, or be restricted to mobile devices.

Most US sports are about $300 each for streaming if paying in AU, so wouldn’t be expecting AFL to be much cheaper if it were available. Suddenly Kayo looks like good value.

So you knew the answer already and still whined like a spoilt child that no one was helping you. Impressive. By the way, check out ChromeCast or ApplePlay. You're welcome.

lol I asked one simple question, was there a steaming service that just offers AFL so I don't have to pay for content I am not interested in. I don't expect people who don't know or don't care to answer. If nobody answered I would assume the answer is in fact no. Have IQs plummet so dramatically over the pre-season? I think the big heat has fried the brains of some posters.

Why not just ask that rather than chip in about subsidising “shit sports”? Sounds antagonistic for zero reason, not surprised you got the answers you did.

I wasn't really after any advice, I just wanted an answer to a fairly simple question should anyone have been aware of a change to existing stream plans.

Using a VPN is against the terms of service, you might as well be promoting piracy.

I also don't care about US sports, or what they charge for access.

You didn't understand the original question?

Then you’re out of luck, they are your options.

It’s nothing like promoting piracy, you’re still paying the rights holder at least.

And lol at dismissing comparative products - in case you missed it, I wouldn’t assume a AFL only option would be much cheaper than Kayo.

You didn't understand the original question?

Pretty clearly did, but enjoy being argumentative.

Yeah, I was expecting that to be the answer, didn't realise I would need a posting marathon to get to this point though.

The price point is different because you are meant to be a non-resident, being an Australian resident would be a breach of contract and grounds for termination of the service.

And lol at dismissing comparative products - in case you missed it, I wouldn’t assume a AFL only option would be much cheaper than Kayo.

US is a very different market to Australia, comparing the pricing of both is kind of pointless.

I don't know if it would or wouldn't be, Foxtel provides football content in addition to just access to live streams, their AFL related products would cost more than someone who just offered live streaming.

I would assume that if I am paying for access to a variety of sports then I am paying for each of them regardless if I watch them or not, it would be a strange business model if that wasn't the case.

Pretty clearly did, but enjoy being argumentative.

So you are just trolling in this thread and clogging it up so you can be argumentative? I don't think the mods would be appreciative of that, or shouldn't be.

Had some issues over the weekend for the first time in a while using the Edge browser on Xbox One, picture & audio freezing after 10 minutes or so of viewing, clearing the cache seemed to help but problem returned, support didnt want to know, rolled out the old 'Kayo does not support Xbox, use one of these devices etc etc'. Also wouldnt give any advice on when we might see apps for xbox or ps4. Reminded me of the old days when using Foxtel support, maybe theyve employed some of their old staff...
Are you annoyed they wouldn't give you tech support for a platform they dont support?

*sigh*

I’m suggesting you’re being argumentative for the sake of it.

And odds of cancelled serviced would be approaching zero. They’d rather you pay than not.

Anyway, you’ve got options, or you can miss out. No skin off my nose either way.

they were supporting it when I first signed up, xbox was listed in on their webpage, got too hard for them I guess
Ah right sorry that makes more sense. I was wondering wtf you were thinking mate ;)

Tas, how about you leave this thread already? This thread is titled Kayo Sports, if you have nothing to add to the discussion about Kayo Sports then go to the AFL Forum and start a new thread with your inane questions.

Is the only difference between premium and basic, that you get one extra screen if you have premium?
Also, how does it go on Apple TV? For those that use on there.

Yep, extra screen, and works great on AppleTV, would recommend. I’m using it on a ATV4 (not 4K)

Yeah, currently the only difference is an extra screen. I'm guessing that one day they might add 4K to Premium.

I have an Apple TV. There is a Kayo Sports app. It works fine.

Interesting, the other day, decided to click on the Fox Footy channel briefly just to see crowd size down Geelong in first Women's game down there. But it showed some message about this channel unable to show due to some rights issue. I thought that was weird. Guess channel 7 having live coverage meant Fox Footy only had replays of it. I thought both channel 7 and Fox Footy channel showed all the game live at same time.

Anyway, I swear minutes earlier higher on browser screen before I scrolled way down below to click on live channels, that game was one of sports Kayo had available live in the bar across screen. Sure enough , I scroll up browser and I click on it and has it on, but the part down below that shows all the live sports channels had the fox footy channel with the message it can not be seen due to rights. I can only assume for those that had Foxtel itself, Fox Footy channel did not have that game on live. But Kayo itself did. Weird but interesting to see slight difference of how it this Kayo streaming service works different to Foxtel service itself.

I saw on the website that it says it works with 4th generation Apple tvs. What about older Apple tvs? I think mine is about 2-3 years old.

ATV3 works if you AirPlay to it, but no app available on the ATV itself.
