Great technique, been doing some Muay Thai in the off season?

I might be wrong but I don't think you are allowed to elbow downwards, especially on a downed opponent. That is UFC rules, if I remember correctly. I thought you were not allowed to hit a downed opponent at all in Muay Thai.

Should've been traded a couple of years ago when he still had some value. More stupid decisions by the club along with Hams being on the rookie list. Such a fail of a club the last 5 yrs.

Head case and injury prone..... and to think you would of got two top 10 pics for him a couple of years ago..... as another posted said.... another gutless decision by the Eagles management.....

Be happy if you get 12 games out of him this year.

It's a major concern if he's that undisciplined at WAFL level after all he's been through how is he going to handle the attention he'll get from AFL taggers? Opposition teams know how to unsettle him and will work him over from day one. I love him as a player but I think it's a question of whether it's his hammy or suspension that puts him back out again.
We need him back big time that's for sure.

Kerr's a "cheap shot coward". Only have to look at his past to realise he is brainless and his "instincts" are to take "cheap shots" - very very cowardly.

It's the bikie instinct - can't handle anything not going their way so take full advantage of someone when they are unaware or outnumbered. But just as cowardly as an individual.

sums up Josh Carr too

Explain to me how a bloke caught on tape to a drug trafficker, a bloke who beats up taxi drivers, a bloke who beats up 17 year olds, a bloke who forges prescriptions for valium and a bloke who continually lets his club down with acts such as the above, is still on the list?

Because he was Carried by Judd and Cousins

LOL - not at all, but its easy to identify the real low-life scum (kerr and his family) when there's soooooo much history and evidence to support it.

He never was that great a player, only shone when Judd and Cousins got all the opposition attention. But very pleased soooo many weagles supporters think he in the messiah to all their problems if he ever gets playing enough. Just shows what a pitiful state the weagles are in. Going to be fun yet again this season as the penny gradually drops that another wooden spoon is on its way. Spoon dynasty in the making.

Hasn't really existed in years this kerr person, not really going to change things he will barely play this year regardless of this outcome.

FWIW, he got off because Blackwell said there wasn't much in it and Claremont chose not to pursue it. So make of that what you will.

Also, I love how ridiculously under-rated Kerr's quality in past years is on here.

I remember when he headbutted Scott West. I hated him ever since.

Yep must agree, I have always thought West was an over rated plodder as well but hate is a bit strong and says more about you than west.

Who keeps a record?

Regardless most of Kerr's indiscretions I can recall, however undisciplined, have been in the contest. If every player who shoved a tackled opponents head into the ground after a tackle with or without a forearm there would be a very long list.

Sniping to be on topic, well that is another matter and the AFL list is long. We could start with the likes of Goodes, the captain of Collingwood, etc but I doubt Kerr would make the cut.

Kerr at his best is/was a better midfielder than any that have played at your club. Why is it always a freo supporter that starts these threads?

Good to see Andy D's sanitised version of AFL is rubbing off on everyone .

I'm glad we haven't bought into that nonsense in the WAFL.

Claremont and Luke Blackwell have come out and said there is nothing in it. But on Bigfooty's AFL Board, the "will somebody think of the children!" brigade are out in full force.

Yeah elbowing someone in the face when their on the ground is just fair play

It's outside the rules, but that's footy.

People who have played footy at any level will know firsthand that all players cop their fair share. If they are honest, they will also admit that they dish it out now and then to gain an advantage (e.g. make your opponent 1% more hesistant in chasing you).

Honestly, the people whinging that he didn't get suspended are pathetic. It's like a player (or parent) going and complaining to the umpire after the game. Harden up ffs. Listen to what Claremont themselves said - "We're not the type of club to go down that path."

Remember when Chris and Brad Scott were the feared enforcers of the AFL? Nowadays, the soccer mums on bigfooty will be crying about how unfair they played.
