Typical dumb arse uninformed Victorian boofhead comment!

Either do I but if you use this years draft as a classical example a possible top 3 picks consisting of Xavier Ellis, Beau Dowler and Marc Murphy are all from Victoria and may occupy the top 3 picks.

yeh and you can also use last years as an example of interstate talent.
4 of the top 6 were from outside victoria.
griffen(s.a)
tambling(n.t)
franklin(w.a)
williams(qld.)

And in 2003, 6 of the top 10 picks were Victorian
Walker, Sylvia, Mclean, Tenace, Trotter, Dunn

In 2002, once again 6 out of the top 10 were Victorian
Goddard, Walsh, Salopek, Mackie, L.Brennan, H.Mcintosh

In 2001, an amazing 14 of the top 20 picks were Victorian
Hodge, Ball, Judd, Bartel, Molan, S.Power, Cole, Reilly, Dal Santo, Watson, Ladson, J.Kelly, Gram, Elstone

In 2000, 6 of the top 10 draft picks were Victorian
Koschitzke, Livingstone, Angwin, Pettifer, D.Smith, Mcmahon

I rest my case.

Trotter and Kotchitzkie both NSW/ACT players in championships the year they got drafted, so i guess that makes them non victorians?????

Koschitzke played for Murray Bushrangers and Trotter played for Calder cannons but yeah I think your right in saying that they are non victorians. Nevertheless I have clearly shown that Victoria is the dominant state. Hands down.

Victoria needs to get over its self its the AFL now (thats Australian Football Leauge for all you ignorant Vics), not the VFL there would be way more interstate players playing AFL and getting drafted in the top 10 every year if the Vics would just getter over themselfs

Now you said victoria makes up 90% of the kids drafted. From the evidence you have just supplied you have not proven or even substantiated this claim, what you have done is provide evidence that 60% of kids drafted are from victoria.
This probably also indicates that victoria probably has about 60% of the football playing population.

FWOR GUNS THOSE BLOKES in bold

Did i mention that Vic Metro also won the carnival. "Mission Impossible" it doesnt matter whether Victoria fields 60% of the total player population because all the other states have 22 top liners that represent their state, as do victoria.

P.S That guy that highlighted the bold names of all the duds in the top 10, I cannot highlight all the duds from outside the top 10..that would take a very long time. Obviously there are going to be duds in the top 10..but there is a increased likelihood that they will be superstars i.e Judd, Ball, Hodge.

Have a look at the AFL ladder buddy i think youll find that your "gun" victorian state is actually crap. you have like one and a half good teams in st kilda and geelong, whereas all interstate teams are gun apart from maybe freo who are at least competetive and push for finals

i know how many vic teams there are, my point was that 8 of them are crap

you people are so dumb. Many players in an interstate team are victorian. You have missed the point completely. We are talking about where they were born.
