Just watched the 2019 membership promo - no sign of Lachie anywhere. Of the players, there's Fyfe, Mundy, the Hills, Blakely, Cerra, Son-son, Kara Donellan and Dana Hooker... then a bunch of supporters. Lachie would normally be at Fyfe's right shoulder - but it's a very conspicuous absence in both the promo and the choice of players for the membership cards.

It's just a case of how strong we stand and what we make Brisbane cough up to get him.

Or the club is just as uncertain as we all are so didn't want to look foolish in the chance that he does go.

Remember, Fyfe was going to the Saints and Suns and our coach would go to the Blues. But they didn't see Bond and Lloyd leaving.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Hagdorn is right. A million a year does seem a touch too much for a player that’s B+ Grade at best and is D Grade defensively (even more important as we have Ross Lyon as coach).

In regards to Hardie. No ones sat out a year except McCarthy who went home for personal reasons. Never looks to have recovered either tbh.
