I think they're starting to get their shit together now. Eade isn't a great coach but one thing is for sure, he wouldn't stand for any shit and he would've started to fix some of the cultural issues that had been festering under Bluey.
They've now got what seems to be a really good young coach to continue the work but be better on match day etc.

I see Ablett leaving as a huge boost too.
