If true, then f***ing unbelievable.
Reflects on the club more than anything else.
Players had been banned before - they knew the consequences, and still went ahead.

Has potentially derailed the entire season now

If found guilty, throw the bloody book at them Port, irrespective of what the AFL does!

Lol Calm down Mary.

These are the breaches I'm aware of some are fines some are games some are both

Elijah Taylor's girlfriend breaching the Sydney bubble, spending 8 hours with him. Broke WA state laws as well as AFL rules, so banned rest of season plus fines

Port - Ollie not being allowed to invite people to his home inc Dropkickopolous for an interview. 1 game
Crows - Barossa train in groups of 8 when Vics only allowed to train in 2's. Players fined, think all suspended. Hart as responsible coach got 6 weeks.

Essendon - young player picking up and spending night with her got1 game. Connor McKenna positive missed 2 games

Melbourne - Picket and Spargo banned for 1 game

Collingwood - Sidebottom drunk 4 games , Bucks and Sando playing tennis, fines

Freo - Luke Ryan and Michael Fredrick video themselves partying with a few girls when comp shutdown. fines

Bulldogs - Hunter driving around during Covid restrictions - was drunk as well. fine as comp shutdown

4 more clubs, 3 clubs' partners breached bubble stuff in Qld and Hawks reserves players when in Sydney. All were fines.
No consistency there with penalties. So expect the AFL to punish based at their own leisure.

Imagine letting your team mates down at this point of the season, in the position we are in. Unbelievable
It will be worse for them if the side goes on and wins the flag and their suspended. Imagine seeing 2 teamates running around with premiship medals that they should of Been wearing. It will haunt them forever. Dumb boys

AFL sanctions are such a lotto, we won't know until they hand it down at some ludicrous time like 6:05pm

I think it is a little more predictable than lotto. Victorian teams get the lower end of the scale, Port the upper end, and the rest somewhere in between.

I was going to say the same thing. It's not that difficult to comply with the AFL ruling (or maybe it is  ) when there's so much on the line
It's disappointing - they're two very important young players, future leader/s of the club.
There's honestly nothing worse than disappointing your team mates. There's also no excuse.

You just know the AFL were waiting for the non Victorian clubs to screw-up.
Expect a fairly hefty ban on the basis of “players have been warned on numerous occasions, we’ll make an example of them”.
Pretty hard to make a case for our guys, this is just pure stupidity.

Primus and Francou-esque.
Theirs couldn't be avoided just bad luck this is bad choices. 2004 would still be haunting for those boys to an extent but the club tried to make them part of it as much as possible. In this case these 2 if suspended for the season would be pretty much outcasts totally different it will hurt them big time.

Billy Frampton at the time happened to have a bad bout of diarrhea and so was technically self-isolating in the bathroom for several hours whilst the Port Power boys partied on illegally. The Adelaide Crows star - sorry, Superstar - will avoid punishment.
