It's fluffy nothingness IMO. Employ common sense and let the leaders do their job. Good leaders will take on board good opinions and run with them.

that is has become something that is packaged up as a program you buy indicates that the personnel at the club are incapable of creative thinking

i can imagine it.

you pay $50k and get the manual

a glitzy name and front cover

its 3 pages,

page 1) have the players stand and talk about what they are trying to achieve and how they want to get there and how they perceive themselves in frnot of the other players

page 2) have the other players make comments

page 3) encourage all to discuss and measure their progress


it is complete and utter bull****.

once upon a time we called it 360 degree feedback

before that a good hard look in the mirror and a thrashout

then everyone got on with it

its a symptom of a bull**** world and a nanny state and a nanny game that the AFL has become

i cannot for a microsecond imagine anyone paying money for this "program"

its up there with scientology and those bogan bands getting around in the con stakes for mine
