If we play the young guys most of us want to see get a chance then that’ll be a positive for me. See who can play and who can’t and adjust the list accordingly. I think it’s plain that there’s a few older blokes who should now be depth. And no, I don’t subscribe to youth>talent but comes a time when we have to look at who is likely to play in our next flag. IMO that means bags, Myers, Goddard need to make way and get some experience into the next group.

I'd say the biggest positive is that I don't get upset when I take an L in life. My team has taught me to take Ls and move on pretty quickly

Our 2016 draft period brought in:
McGrath, Begley, Mutch, Clarke and Ridley.
Of those we know 3 can play and the other two look likely.
Our 2017 draft period brought in Smith Saad Stringer, BZT, Guelfi and the Houl.
Of those 6 we know the 3 experienced plus guelf can play or BZT and or the houl come on that's another great haul.
All we need is a year or two of mids in 2018 and 2019 drafts and we are looking good
Dodoro whilst picking up a lack of inside mids has had a good strike rate the last two years
