Worth a shot for nothing but I don't think he will make it

he's training with stkildaFor all the hoo haa when Carlton delisted him, strange there does not appear to be any other interest for him. Wasnt a bad player and showed he could play at the level in a specific role.. Had some mental health challenges that he has dealt with but would hope these are not scaring others away.

I think the big deal was that it was one of the first live trades.Just have to look at it realistically. He was the 19th pick in a decent draft that fell away right at where he was picked.
Don’t think it was really his problem, more around the fact that a recruiter ponied up a top pick to help get him, then footage was realised that confirmed they rated him at 6 on their board that year.
It was an unfortunate pick to trade for and exactly where the draft fell right away.
There were only probably a handful of players picked after him in that draft that were better performed than him.I think the big deal was that it was one of the first live trades.
Yes he was a bust, but a lot of first round picks are.
I just hope the guy is doing well in his personal life and can find a fruitful career.
Might be down to him v Sydney Stack for a spot on our list.
I would have thought the opposite.Surely you take Stack who has way more talent on a 1 year "worth the gamble" deal. That is of course if everything checks out.
I would have thought the opposite.
Stocker more of a solid bet. But the question would be is he going to improve that St Kilda side?
Stack won’t last the pre season with Ross in charge. Syds kryptonite is running and endurance work.
Well Stacky wasn’t running out VFL games this year, let alone showing any team based two way running required of our team at that secondary level.Depends whether you feel that his endurance could improve. On pure talent Stack is better but I'd be far from certain. However as a 1 year deal, I'd be more inclined to go the better talent and hope the penny has dropped with the endurance.

He got found out this year, and to play at the level, he’s not even at minimum requirement.
His highlight package from 2019 does look impressive to many though.
Yep. There’s actually a good chance both aren’t suitable.Just feel with Stocker at best you get a solid VFL citizen. With Stack you MIGHT get a good AFL player if it all clicks, there is a big IF but the talent is there
Yep. There’s actually a good chance both aren’t suitable.
Stoker’s big weakness is said to be his endurance as well though.I would have thought the opposite.

Pretty sure we have two list spots available, so these two might be fighting for one, and one may be left open for the MSD.Saints are better off biding their time and see who is available in next year's mid season draft imo
Two empty spots and two official train-ons, Stocker and delisted Essendon defender Josh Eyre, with Stack and Kennedy are being fuelled by media speculation. With our recent track record it's conceivable we fill both places with an eye to placing someone on the long term injury list if we like someone for the mid-season draft.Pretty sure we have two list spots available, so these two might be fighting for one, and one may be left open for the MSD.
SOS wasn't much chop.SOS had him number 6 on his draft board so there must be something there, somewhere!
Yup, announced FridaySo signed with St Kilda now right?
