Definitely has - like most things time has probably enhanced the memories - Hojuman picked up on it too - you didn`t happen to go Harrow did you?

Hojuman is way older than me so I'm not surprised he picked up on the reference

TOD, upon reflection, your impact on me has been impressive. You've had a surprising influence on a young guy simply reading a forum about a club we all love.

Off the top of my head, here are just a few things you've introduced me to over the years:

• Superchunk
• Dr. McNinja
• The Sharps Despite growing up in the area, I never knew about them, but thankfully I was informed before I found out the hard way working at the Epping Hotel, thanks to you.
• You even set me up with my very own Roosistence poster when I first joined BF as a whippet.

It's hard to believe it's been nearly 20 years (terrifying, I know), but these gestures of kindness—always wrapped in good humour—have meant a great deal to me.

I wish both of you the best, and I'll be sure to raise a martini on the roof the next chance I get.
