SC notices will still be re-issued even if you win the court case, and before you tell me they might not re-issue them I'll add, that in the court of public opinion you won't have been cleared.
You'll still be seen as dirty, grubby drug cheats who wouldn't follow the correct process to prove their innocence because you can't prove you're innocent. And that's because you're more than likely drug cheats
