Don’t want to see us try to trade back in considering how bad our hand has been left with after trading up for Sanders, unless we are happy to go into the next draft with sweet FA

We basically can’t trade in with a future anyway

Crows offered up a future 2nd to move up a spot to get Curtin as well.

What's the difference between a bid at 15 vs a bid at say pick 18? Surely not significant for us, by my count its 890 points vs 788 points, meaning pick 61 or something?

I did a really quick check just before the bid on Croft came. If my mental arithmetic was right we would only have had to use our first two third-rounders if the bid had come at pick 20.

But a pick at 18? ... meh, it only affects the leftover small change which would be a pick in the 60s or thereabouts. Pick 20 was where it would have been very useful.

So as expected we’ll be left with two pretty handy picks in the mid 40s. Just praying for Lual now but quite a bit of water to go under the bridge

There goes Wilson. He was my favorite if we held firm. Saints though? Feels like they are the team where first round picks go, and not live up to their first round status. Hopefully it is not the case for him, seems a good player and character.

Giants have done well. Gothard a little bit of a reach, but Leake is handy for them. I think they managed to grab two F2s just to drop back 3 spots, and move their second pick up a few spots better than the original pick?

Our two live picks currently sit at 45 and 48, plus a couple in the 60s. Worth 930 points, which is around pick 20.
Anyone still needing points we could package up to move up with?
