Seeing Watson with the fake tears upon getting drafted made me happy we missed on him. Way too much ego for a midget who hasn’t done anything.

Thought he looked a bit disappointed to be drafted by the Hawks to me which suggests he might have been disappointed not to make it to the Dogs.

Hard to hold that against him.
Allegiances aside you’d think a small forward would rather the Dogs given our current bunch of tall forwards to work with.

Interesting to read Collingwoods list manager or recruiter earlier, on what they look for in players that they draft.
And why they don't have many tall players on their list, despite it being a criticism from those outside of the club.

They want players that can fit their style and have two way running, since its where the modern game is. Compared to our strategy of loading up on tall players, and a flat footed midfield. Have we been caught out with the direction the game has gone and am now trying to catch up?
