ones on monday (tuesday here) and 3 hours and ones on friday (Saturday here) and 2 hours, raw also came first and both shows have their own wresters manger's,comminsors,titles and etc

Why split though? Is it a business decision, to split the rosters for shits and gigs?

The roster split happened initially in 2002 to create an inner point of difference and have it so both shows would see each other as competition.

RAW is the star studded show while SMACKDOWN is more your workmanlike show and quasi development ground for a RAW move in the drafts.

And NXT still exists but it’s no longer a quasi game show.

It’s a WWE development territory replacing OVW, DSW and, later, FCW.

nxt is still a thing yes, it was a business decsion to make more money with 2 diffetnt shows with diffetn talent one show wasnt enough with the talent either so all the talent gets time on tv theres 2 shows

This is one that you really need to see the entire identity system to get a feel for it. This level of simplicity is very hard to achieve. Pentagram know what they're doing.

I think I prefer the previous more formal style - it feels a bit ‘bubbly’ now.

It's funny how your mind works. The icon on my phone/tablet changed from Black to Bright Blue and the perception of the brand diminished significantly. Feels less 'serious news outlet' and more 'sharing social interest stories' now.

I've been trialing the beta version of the app for about a month and really like the redesign. I also really like the return of Majestic Fanfare to the TV Broadcasts.
