I'm a big believer that learning is borne of mistakes. Don't give Parker the captaincy - there wouldn't be anything to learn. Sit Parker next to Sheezel and at every stoppage, he asks something like, "What are you seeing that's wrong?" or "What needs doing?", and give feedback. What a great opportunity to do some real time education from an expert to a protege. Set us up for the future.

I don't think there's time for all of that during a game. Parker leads as Captain on-field, Sheeze observes and they review each week together.
