Clubs are provided with copies. They aren't on the website. If you're after the law relating to finals eligibility: A senior or reserves player must have played at least four reserves games prior to finals to be eligible for senior or reserves finals.
Isn't there a clause though that states if a player plays for his club in different divisions on the same day that the higher level game is the only game counted towards finals eligibilty. I am sure that all VCFL affiliated clubs have this in their bylaws. If this is the case for the LVFL then Kurt Ashman will not have met the eligibility criteria to play in finals. If this isn't the case then all is good and he plays. Pretty handy player to have too.
