It's basic contract law.Do you have any basis for this opinion, or are you just speculating?
I guess that's where your money men come in. He was a £100m asset a few years ago. I guess most businesses would want to recoup what they could. Then pay those out too. Piss him off out of the club for good.
I saw that too but I dont know if Haaland ever wanted to go to United given his family's connections to City and the whole Roy Keane incident with his Dad.Overlap Podcast:
Ole Gunnar Solskjær: "I had Haaland in Molde, for two seasons. The summer before I got here (to Man United), I rang the club and said: you've got to sign this boy. He’ll be top class." "That was June, July 2018, and they said no. They had enough reports on players. Then I became the caretaker manager, and we’d sold Haaland to RB Salzburg." "I tell the club straight away to buy him while he has a release clause. We knew that then, and no one else would’ve paid the money - €20m, it would’ve been a bargain.""It was the club’s decision to not go for it then. We never made bids or went in for him, until after he started scoring for Salzburg.""By then, everyone was there. His release clause then was still good - €60m."
Not hard to see where Sir Jim needs to fix.

The funding will be key. Glazers won't pay, don't Ratcliffe will pay. Can't see the government paying.Team who takes in millions of dollars wants someone else to pay for new stadium. Hope whoever pays for it *s them over on a stadium deal
Unless it's a stadium for multiple uses, I don't believe in using public funds for one teamI have no doubt that you will be upset no matter which was it goes.
