Would not be a club in the world with less respect for the law than Geelong, thus your players think they can get away with anything. We are probably now seeing one of your player’s life destroyed because of that.

Exactly what useful purpose would that serve? Who benefits from that exactly?

Cats have got guys looking at life, players who can’t obey simple road rules causing life changing injuries, several players taking illicit drugs who you actively recruited with known histories, players who get in knife fights.

And you are crying over a Richmond player who made an error of judgement, owned up to it immediately, generously compensated the victim - whose injuries amounted to a couple of welts, and has served a footy related penalty fully accepted by the AFL as fair.

You mustn’t have much going on in your life to be so worried about Balta playing a couple of games of footy before he goes to court. There are no more details to even come out. Just the judge’s sentence for a person with no priors who is truly remorseful and has fully demonstrated that.
