Mii (Outfit B) - Unlock 32 Expert Staff Ghost Data in Time Trials

How are you guys going with the time trials, I can unlock expert ghost data pretty easy, but they appear to almost be impossible to beat using a kart, every one I unlocked was using a bike and I couldn't keep up on the straights.
 
i miss my mario kart cant wait to get back to melbourne 2 weeks of holiday time 2 weeks of mk wii

have only used the wheel so far is the controller better

It's a matter of personal preference, I find the nunchuk the best.

At my place I have 1 steering wheel, 1 classic controller and 2 nunchuks. It's usually a mad scramble for the nunchuk's or the classic controller.

I have only unlocked 4 I think, Bowser GBA, Mario Circuit 64 and Mushroom Gorge, I don't know the other one but apparently I've unlocked 4 because I have Funky Kong. They're pretty hard for me.

Does online play count toward monthly downloads?

And if it does, how much are we talking for, say, 4-5 hours a week on MK?

I have no idea about this stuff, so any help would be great.

I've played XBL and Wii online, and most ive gone through is about 50MB for a good 3-4 hours play in a night, just connected to my 320k wireless modem only.

I brought it from Northland JB the day it came out. It's probably sold out.

Also, that avatar is patently RoosterLad's. I keep getting you confused with him. I see the avatar and then a distinct lack of aggression, so I get momentarily confused.

Yeah JB were sold out when I went in last week and still nothing today, but I managed to find one in Myer.

Now I'm off home to get stuck into it! :thumbsu:

With a LAN Adapter, runs very well. Dropped out a couple of times, but have been playing it non-stop (along with GTAIV) for the past few days for hours on end.

Long shot, but has anyone seen any place where it hasn't sold out yet?
 
I still need to unlock Mii Outfit B and C (if C exists) and Toadette (who's relatively easily to unlock, just set any time on all tracks).

For anyone who's tried to unlock the expert data on DS Delfino Plaza, is it worth boosting across the harbor or does just going across the bridge and using the other shortcut down the alley between 2 buildings through the mud the best shortcut? Because after trying about 10 times to perfectly execute that across the harbor shortcut every 3 laps I figured out I could easily unlock the time using the easy shortcut and even get better laps times than using the long shortcut.
