i actually thought it was brett deledio and thought he swapped to the white team in the 2nd half. Then when he got closer I realised it was someone not on our list. He looks and plays similar to his brother

I thought the same thing, but then I saw Brett at the end and he had a black jumper on. Wow, they look similar but move just fractionally different.

Last year they said he was more of a stocky inside style midfielder. Unlikely to be rookied by the sounds of it but good to have him at Coburg and around the club.

Who knows, he might be a late developer.

Can't give him a spot on the list because of his name though, obviously.

Well, the guys in the white team were calling the bloke in No.3 "Lids" so that's a pretty good indication. Plus he looked exactly like his brother just with slightly darker hair. Plays a bit like him too.
I think Matt is a year older than Brett and, as others have said, a bit more of an inside player. It was hard to tell in the practice match but he seemed to be in the midfield.
He has moved to Melbourne from Kyabram to live with Brett and will play for Coburg this year. He's not on Richmond's list so he can't play for us in 2009 but I'm sure they'll be keeping an eye on him. As others have said he could be a late developer.

Yeh i saw him in one of the u18 grannys think it was 2006-7.
