Your anger seems to be misplaced. Shuey was one of the only blokes trying out there on the weekend. It's a shame his hammies aren't in the same condition as his heart. Very few have loved our club as much.

Look, you're largely correct.

He was one of the few on the weekend that put in some effort, but his constant injuries and the fact that the club has essentially died under his captaincy makes it hard for me to process.

Listened to that SEN WA segment, listening to Chris Waterman on the way the club treated Jake is symptomatic of everything wrong with the place

Essentially sent him on a flight on his own after he was too sick to play against the Crows and didn't check in with him again till they found out he was in hospital on the Monday night

I am just listening to the podcast and am hugely disappointed in our club if what Chris Waterman has said is true…….I know there is a lot going on with the club but player welfare should be top of their list……the wheels have definitely fallen off!

On the other side: A mature adult is to ill to play footy but medically fine to travel then sent on a commercial flight home - without a baby sitter. Give me a break. Be cautions of all the bittter and twisted haters with an axe to grind coming out to bag the club.

It wasn't great. I'm no more informed than I was previously having watching it either. The last thing we need is a response. Id probably be annoyed if we beat the Saints (impossible) because then where was that effort previously? Why do we need to lose by 150+ to do something about it and make a statement?
