Is the Brisbane exodus because Voss was awesome and any club would be lucky to get him, or - as Wayne Brittain apparently suggests - because player development under Voss was terrible? It is impossible to tell from out here whether Voss would be a coup or just a great name.

That interview with Brittain smacks of naivety. We have one of the youngests lists going round and have developed many in the ressies and the seniors this year. Probably one area we've gotten close to getting right considering the needed balance between youth and experience to win games. Also worth noting Brittain and Voss have some bad blood between them.
